Treat yourself and your group to a weekend of mindfulness at Boho Cartel Glamping Retreat, Crows Nest, SE Qld.\u00a0 Switch off from the everyday, recharge your batteries and get in touch with your creative side over the course of a weekend.<\/p>\n
Upon arrival on Day 1 we will show you to your accommodation, then you are invited to wander through the grounds, spend some time unwinding and simply enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.<\/p>\n
On Friday evening we will gather for a candelit dinner before gathering to collaborate on a large botanical watercolour artwork and nature mandalas.<\/p>\n
Day 2 activities will begin at 7am with a movement meditation session guided by Mary from Nature Connections Physiotherapy, with gentle movement and breathing designed to help the flow of your creative energy.\u00a0 This will be followed by a delicious breakfast.<\/p>\n
A morning wander around the grounds will give you the chance to take photos and gather inspiration for the afternoon painting session, and there will be free time to cool off in the magnesium infinity pool before a beautiful picnic lunch.<\/p>\n
After nourishing your bodies, you will participate in a 3hr watercolour painting session, bringing your ideas to life. No experience is necessary as Leticia will provide artistic guidance throughout to resolve your painting into a completed piece of art, which will be framed for you to take home at the conclusions of the retreat.<\/p>\n
Late afternoon can be spent chilling by the pool\/firepit (weather dependent) or a chance for some solitude before dinner.<\/p>\n
Saturday evening will be spent gathering and chatting around the fire, sharing a glass of wine or two.<\/p>\n
Day 3 begins again at 7am with Mary’s morning movement meditation, breakfast and a group sharing session with framed artworks, followed by an optional 2hr plein air painting session or relaxing swim before the conclusion of the retreat at midday.<\/p>\n
